Prices:

All prices are including VAT/IVA. We reserve the right, at any chosen time, to price changes in the shop. For countries outside the EU, the prices are without VAT/IVA and will be deducted at the checkout.

Terms of payment:

We offer three pre-payment methods:

BANK TRANSFER - When paying with Bank Transfer you must select to pay any transfer fees when making the transfer!

PAYPAL, including Credit card / debit card payments - Simple and effective, all you need to send a payment is your e-mail address and your password. All your card information is secure and protected in your Paypal account. If you don´t have a Paypal account, it is very easy to set up, please read more here: PayPal

KLARNA PAYMENTS- Different payment options depending on your location. For anyone within the EU, the UK, and Nordic countries Klarna offers 3 interest-free payments. Basically, you would pay one amount on the day of purchase, the second payment would be in 30 days, and the last payment in 60 days. Advanced Audio Warranty Information:

Your microphone has been manufactured and tested to the highest quality standards by Advanced Audio Microphones. This Limited Warranty offered by Advanced Audio Microphones covers defects in material or workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase. We will repair or replace any Advanced Audio microphone that fails to meet factory specifications during the warranty period. The warranty is non transferable.

What is covered?

Advanced Audio Microphones warrants our products against defects in material or workmanship as follows:

Advanced Audio will replace at no charge for parts only or, at our discretion, replace any product or part of the product that proves defective because of improper workmanship and/or material, under normal installation, use, service and maintenance. If Advanced Audio is unable to provide a replacement and repair is not practical or cannot be made in a timely fashion, Advanced Audio may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product. Advanced Audio does not cover the shipment costs to return the product to us. However, we will incur the cost to return the product back to you.

How long does the coverage last?

Our warranty covers 2 years from the documented date of purchase. The warranty is non transferable.

What our warranty does not cover?

Our warranties do not cover any problem that is caused by:

A. Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

B. Conditions, malfunctions, or damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, or alteration.

C. Accessories, connected materials, and products, or related products not manufactured by Advanced Audio.

Our limited warranties are void if a product is returned with removed, damaged, or tampered labels or any alterations (including removal of any component or external cover).

Complaints/Warranty repairs:

If an item is non-repairable, non-replaceble you will receive a refund of the purchase. You need to be able to produce your item receipt to be eligible for a refund because of a complaint. If your item is to be sent to our warranty service center for repair, you will need to contact us first to receive an RMA number. This number and further information will be obtained after contact with customer service. Please e-mail any such requests to info@advancedaudio-europe.com.

Returns:

If you have changed your mind and wish to return your microphone, please send us an e-mail or contact us via telephone. To be eligible for a refund, please do not unpack your microphone, return it in the same box it was shipped to you in, unopened, return shipped with 5 days of receipt. Your purchase will be refunded at arrival of goods at AA Service Center (address will be provided). You will not be refunded for the initial shipping fee. Please make sure you purchase a shipping service that is distributed directly to our company address and not to a shipping center for pick up.

Our products are of high quality and we would like to provide a high service level. Therefore, if you should for any reason not be happy with your item or any other issues within the ordering process, please contact us! We will try to find the best solution for any issue.
