Why are AA mics not available in music stores?
We are a small Canadian boutique microphone manufacturer, we sell quality not quantity. All our mics are hand tested, finely tuned and approved to be within our specifications, by us, before shipping out all over the world. If our mics were sold in shops and through distributors the price of our mics would rise considerably.
Can I purchase from the U.S shop if I live in Europe?
No, all our European sales go through our AA Europe division based in Europe. All sales are in Euros and include VAT/IVA.
Prices in different currencies and continents can not be compared so simply, there are many factors involved i.e. shipping to Europe, VAT, import tax, customs tariffs, and most importantly customer service and warranty. It is not logistically possible to send a mic from Europe to Canada and back for warranty repair.
Can I purchase with excluded VAT/IVA if I have an EU registered company?
Yes when in the checkout, enter your business EU VAT number. Your VAT number will then be automatically verified and validated. When your VAT number is validated and approved, the VAT/IVA will be removed from the goods automatically in the checkout.
Do we sell to Non EU countries?
Yes, we ship to many countries outside of the EU. When shipping to countries outside of the EU the VAT is automatically removed in the checkout. Please check the country drop-down menu in the checkout to see which countries we ship to. If your country is not included in the list, please contact us for more info.
What Payment options do you offer?
We offer three pre-payment methods:
KLARNA PAYMENTS- Klarna offers Buy now Pay later, Monthly payments, 3 interest free payments etc depending on your billing address. The Payment options available for you via Klarna will be clearly stated at checkout. (Only for private people) Read more on 
BANK TRANSFER - When paying with Bank Transfer you must select to pay any transfer fees when making the transfer!
PAYPAL - Simple and effective, all you need to send a payment is your e-mail address and your password. All your card information is secure and protected in your Paypal account. If you don´t have a Paypal account, it is very easy to set up, please read more here: PayPal
What are the shipping methods and delivery times?
We use DHL as our courier for European and UK deliveries. Your goods will be delivered by DHL road service, approx. 4- 5 working days depending on your location. If you would prefer next-day delivery with DHL Express (air freight) please contact us for a quote before placing your order. We use the regular postal service for lighter articles such as accessories (delivery time, 2-7 days).
Delivery times:
Items in stock are shipped in 1-2 days. If your item is out of stock and it is not a custom product, you will receive a notification to your e-mail address with estimated delivery times.
